Summary: SAP, the world's leading provider of business software solutions, called on Trinet to produce a live worldwide webcast from SAP's corporate headquarters in Germany. SAP's Chief Operating Officer needed to update staff in 21 SAP offices across the globe on a new SAP product. Trinet produced two 12 hour webcasts each day, allowing thousands of SAP employees worldwide to learn about the new vision for the company live and first-hand from the COO, while saving the expense of thousands of employees traveling internationally to a traditional company event. The worldwide webcast reached all international time zones, and unlike a traditional video event, incorporated simultaneous synchronized presentation elements, including slides, animations, and interactive question and answer sessions.
