Foundations’ Relational Database ("FReD") is a comprehensive web based application created over a six year period in partnership with the H.E. Butt Family Foundation ("HEBFF"). FReD facilitates efficient gathering, pooling and cross-sharing of information among the Foundation’s five distinct programs.
FReD encompasses all aspects of running a highly efficient Foundation including registration and special needs accommodation of guests, staff recruitment and rotation, ongoing ground maintenance and highly detailed grounds crew assignments. FReD integrates robust advanced search and ensures all information is readily crawlable with thoughtful and intelligent categorization of content. FReD also generates reports that are highly specific and detailed as well as all encompassing.
